Matters needing attention

Precautions to read carefully before using your device.

Thank you so much for purchasing our product! Before use, please read the following precautions carefully.

  1. Please confirm that the power supply meets the requirements. The USB power supply must be 5V/2A. Please do not use the USB ports of a computer, TV, or car to power the device.
  2. Please confirm that the power supply is turned on normally, that the switch on the power cord is on, and that all other connectors are in good contact.
  3. Please confirm that the permissions requested by the app are granted, and that the Bluetooth of your phone is turned on.
  4. When your display screen works normally and shows the content, tap [Next] on this screen, then pull down on the device list page of the app to refresh the search, and connect the device to start your exploration journey.
